Return & Refund Policy

At Harvilo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to make the process as simple and easy as possible.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be made within 26 days of the original purchase date.

Products that are not eligible for return include:

  • Digital products or software downloads
  • Hazardous or perishable items

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request a return authorization. Once you have received a return authorization, please send the item back to our warehouse along with the original packing slip or a note including your order number and the reason for your return.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

If the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
